Two brothers convince their sister, who just had her wisdom teeth removed, that there is a zombie outbreak while she’s still loopy from the medication. On the drive home they play a fake emergency broadcast and convince her that they have to flee to Mexico.

There are so many good lines of dialog “Whaaat? Canabals? Like zombies?” I lost it when they asked if she wanted to take the cat or the dog. “THE CAT, YOU IDIOT!”
