Dr. Who?
This necktie is right out of the cult classic TV show Dr. Who. Well not really, but it does look like the Tardis call box that is used throughout the series. It will certainly be a great gift for anyone who claims to be a true Dr. Who fan.
Unfortunately it might not be bigger on the inside than it is on the outside but the measurements are accurate. This tie can be used for any occasion and the iconic symbol will be easily recognized. I might hold of wearing it to a funeral but I think that weddings and graduations would be ok.
